🔄 Our Replacement Policy

At AURA&ATTIRE, we take pride in the quality of every product we ship. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, we are happy to offer a replacement.


📅 Replacement Window

Replacement requests must be raised within 2 days of receiving your order. Beyond this window, we are unable to process any replacement requests.


📦 Eligible Conditions

  • Product received in a physically damaged condition.
  • Wrong item delivered (different from what was ordered).
  • Missing parts or accessories as described in the product listing.

Non-Eligible Conditions

  • Change of mind or personal preference.
  • Damage caused after delivery due to misuse or mishandling.
  • Minor colour variations due to screen calibration differences.
  • Requests raised after 2 days of delivery.

Note: We do not accept returns. Only replacements for damaged or wrong items.


📩 How to Request a Replacement

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp or email within 2 days of delivery.
  2. Share your order ID and clear photos/video of the damaged item.
  3. Our team will review your request within 24 hours.
  4. If approved, the replacement will be dispatched within 3–5 business days.
